Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. in Mexico City seeks an Engineer I, Systems Reliability Engineering, to ensure reliability, availability, performance, and security of planning, allocation, forecasting, inventory, and supply chain tech platforms.

You will automate with Python and PowerShell, build observability and SLI/SLO metrics, and collaborate with product, cloud, and security teams while advancing AI-enabled operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in Site Reliability/DevOps or production support.
• Hands-on with Azure cloud and enterprise applications.
• Automation using Python/PowerShell, REST APIs, SQL.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigation and resolution of production incidents, application failures, and service degradation events.
• Develop automation solutions using Python, PowerShell, APIs, and cloud-native tech to improve efficiency.
• Build and maintain observability capabilities: dashboards, alerts, SLIs, SLOs, health monitoring.
• Support Azure services, enterprise integrations, Power Platform, Fabric, OneLake, and analytics for planning and allocation.
