Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. in Mexico City seeks an Associate Engineer I, Systems Reliability Engineering to support reliability, availability, and performance across Planning, Allocation, Forecasting, Inventory, and Digital Planning platforms.

You will work with senior engineers on automation, observability, incident management, and DevSecOps within Azure and SAP integrations, gaining exposure to enterprise cloud operations and modern SRE practices in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

1+ years of experience in SRE, app operations, cloud operations, DevOps, or enterprise platform operations.
Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
Familiarity with Azure cloud services, monitoring tools, ITSM processes.

Responsibilities

Monitor health, availability and performance of Planning, Allocation, Forecasting, Inventory, and Digital Planning platforms.
Assist incident triage and service restoration; follow runbooks and procedures.
Troubleshoot application, integration, batch, and data flow issues with cross-functional teams.
Enhance observability and release readiness through dashboards, monitoring, deployment validation.
