Flex is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to be based at Guadalajara North Campus, reporting to the VP of Program Management.

You will oversee commercial aspects, coordinate with a multidisciplinary Customer Focus Team, and guide delivery of products and services per client expectations. Ideal candidates hold BA/BS/MBA or equivalent, with strong English/Spanish communication, manufacturing experience, and a track record leading small teams.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and maintain work systems, procedures and policies for optimal performance.
• Manage operation financials to meet goals while ensuring contract compliance.
• Identify client needs and translate terms to project operations.
• Support contract negotiations and price definition.
• Coordinate product lifecycle of new programs and align with Launch cost and P&L projections.

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a SR Program Manager located in Guadalajara, North Campus. Reporting to the VP, Program Management the SR Program Manager role involves responsibilities to meet and deliver all commercial aspects of the account and with the support of a multifunctional Customer Focus Team (CFT) coordinate the delivery of products and services aligned to the expectations of the client.

What a typical day looks like

• Responsible for planning and maintaining work systems, procedures and policies that enable and encourage the optimum performance of its people and other resources for the delivery of products and services according to the client´s requirements, adding value to Flex and its customers.
• Manage the financials of the operation to meet the internal goals and minimize the risk to flex ensuring compliance with the contract and agreements on multiple accounts.
• Support in identifying the needs of the client; to negotiate terms of its implementation and transmitting them to the operation of the project.
• Provide Support for contract negotiations and prices definition.
• Coordinate Product Life cycle of new Programs and assure the proper alignment to Launch cost and P&L projections.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team

• BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience.
• Strong communication skill (English and Spanish).
• Proven experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading and developing small teams, with direct supervision of approximately 3 employees.
• Strong capability to work effectively with cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience supporting new plant launches, heavy start-up operations, and manufacturing ramp-ups.
• Customer-focused mindset with experience managing and resolving customer escalations.
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.
• Experience with demanding clients.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, global manufacturing environment with exposure to complex operational challenges.
