Job summary

Flex is seeking a Program Administrator located in Guadalajara, North Campus, to support key customer accounts and coordinate cross-functionally with the Program Management Manager.

You will handle administrative tasks, maintain records, analyze data for decisions, develop and maintain customer relationships, and coordinate shipments and invoicing. You’ll also contribute to NPI runs and prepare program reports and executive presentations to help leadership track progress and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field completed.
• Fluent English, both written and verbal.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams.
• NPI experience is a plus.
• Order Management experience (Sales Order creation, shipments, etc.) is a plus.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• ERP (Baan) experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of shipping and logistics.
• Knowledge of SMT and Back-End processes.

Responsibilities
