Job summary

Flex is seeking a Program Management Manager in Guadalajara, North Campus, reporting to the Sr Program Management Manager. You will lead a cross-functional team to drive customer programs from inception through manufacturing, ensuring value to the business unit and customer.

You will coordinate with CFT, manage NPIs, support negotiations, and align launches with cost and P&L projections while communicating effectively in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (electronics/mechatronics/industrial) or related field.
• Experience in a similar PM role in electronics manufacturing.
• Advanced English.
• BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience.
• Focused on NPIs.
• Knowledge of electronics manufacturing operations (processes, test, industrial engineering).
• Strong communication in English and Spanish.
• P&L administration & quotations.
• Microsoft Office experience.
• Experience with cross-functional teams (CFT).
• Experience with demanding clients.
• Customer service experience.
• Project management experience.
• People management experience.
• MBA and PMP certifications are plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the main communication channel for customers and act as escalation point for issues.
• Demonstrate advanced operations and process technology knowledge.
• Analyze technical and financial reports and present to customers.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for target compliance actions.
• Support contract negotiations and price definitions.
• Manage product life cycle of new programs and align with launch costs and P&L projections.

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Program Management Manager located in Guadalajara, North Campus Reporting to the Sr Program Management Manager the Program Management Manager role involves… Responsible to leading a team of cross functional experts in the delivery of customer projects through inception, pricing, development, and manufacturing, providing value to the business unit and Customer.

What a typical day looks like:

• Be the key channel of communication for Customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues.
• Demonstrate advance operations, technical skills as well as knowledge in process technologies.
• Ability to analyze technical & financial reports and effectively present to internal & external customers.
• Coordinate with CFT, necessary actions for target compliance.
• Provide Support for contract negotiations and prices definition.
• Coordinate Product Life cycle of new Programs and assure the proper alignment to Launch cost and P&L projections

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering in electronics, mechatronics, industrial or related field
• Experience in similar position with experience in Electronics Industry
