Flex is seeking a Finance Program Manager leader to drive strategic initiatives with a strong foundation in data analytics and financial management. Located in Guadalajara, this role connects project delivery with financial performance, optimizing ROI across the organization.

You will partner with Finance, Operations, and Executive Leadership to ensure on-time delivery while maximizing business value and creating actionable insights from data.

Formación

• Experience in Electronics Industry.
• Strong experience in Project / Portfolio Management.
• Ability to travel internationally on a regular basis.
• Strong communication in English and Spanish.
• Experience with financial analysis within project environments.
• Proven experience managing large budgets and complex portfolios.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a portfolio of high-value, complex projects and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure alignment between business strategy, financial goals, and project execution.
• Establish and oversee project governance frameworks and KPIs.
• Own project financials including: Budget planning and forecasting, Cost tracking and variance analysis.
• Partner with Finance to ensure financial discipline across all projects.
• Drive data-backed investment decisions and prioritization.
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards and performance metrics.
• Translate large datasets into clear insights and recommendations.
• Work closely with Finance, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams.

Located in Guadalajara, North Campus. Reporting to the VP, Program Management. This role goes beyond execution — it requires someone who can connect project delivery with financial performance, optimize investment decisions, and provide leadership with actionable business insights. You will serve as a key partner to Finance, Operations, and Executive Leadership, ensuring that projects are not only delivered on time but also maximize ROI and business value.

What a typical day looks like:

• Lead a portfolio of high-value, complex projects and strategic initiatives
• Ensure alignment between business strategy, financial goals, and project execution

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in Electronics Industry.
• Strong experience in Project / Portfolio Management.
• Strong communication skill (English and Spanish).
• Strong background in financial analysis within project environments.
• Proven experience managing large budgets and complex portfolios.
• Advanced expertise in: Financial modeling (ROI, CAPEX/OPEX, forecasting), Data analysis and visualization tools.
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.
• Experience with demanding clients.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, global manufacturing environment with exposure to complex operational challenges.
