Job summary

Sidel is seeking a Spare Parts Sales Coordinator to manage key customer accounts across North America, driving quote-to-cash activities, order processing, and logistics coordination in a dynamic, international environment.

You will prepare quotations, handle orders in the ERP system, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. Strong Excel and ERP/SAP experience are valued, along with a customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of order management and quote-to-cash processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and Excel; SAP experience is a plus.
• Logistics or Supply Chain certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer requests for spare parts.
• Prepare and send quotations for spare parts and process quotation requests received through web services.
• Manage customer inquiries related to spare parts pricing, availability, lead times, and order processing.
• Proactively follow up on selected spare parts quotations to maximize sales opportunities and conversion.
• Enter customer spare parts orders in the ERP system and send order confirmations, as well as process orders received through web services.
• Proactively manage the order backlog and follow up on customer orders to ensure on-time and in-full delivery.
• Coordinate with the Finance department on customer payment terms and payment-related matters.
• Coordinate logistics according to country-specific requirements and customer needs.
• Process customer requests for spare parts returns, claims, and other order-related issues.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the ERP system and contribute to reporting activities.
• Promote Sidel Services Online (SSO) and assist customers with its use.
• Follow up on non-conformity issues and coordinate with the appropriate teams to provide timely resolutions to customers.
• Leverage the privileged customer interface position to identify opportunities and maximize spare parts sales potential.
• Participate in customer reviews and contribute to the definition and follow-up of commercial actions in collaboration with ASM, CCM, PA, and other relevant stakeholders.
