Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement market management strategy for parts in the national warehouse, establish parts library, optimize the strategy regularly based on market dynamics, sales data and customer feedback, ensuring rational allocation and efficient use of spare parts resources.
• Inventory control and regulation: establish a sound inventory monitoring system for spare parts in the national warehouse, track inventory in real time, set safety inventory thresholds in collaboration with relevant departments to avoid backlog or out‑of‑stock situations, ensuring timeliness and stability of spare parts supply.
• Market insight and sales promotion: in‑depth analysis of the national library parts market demand, industry trends, competitor strategies and customer demand changes; regularly write market analysis reports to provide a strong basis for accurate sales strategy.
• Logistics coordination and optimization: establish a sound logistics tracking mechanism, monitor parts transportation status in real time; for delays, damages and other abnormalities, quickly coordinate resources of all parties to take effective countermeasures, ensuring a smooth delivery experience for customers.
• Team management and collaboration: lead and manage the parts sales team, clarify responsibilities and goals of team members, and build an efficient and professional sales team.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in OEM parts warehousing, logistics, etc.; understanding of the overall business process, including parts warehouse 0‑to‑1 setup; new‑energy and high‑end brand experience can be prioritized.
• Good English and office skills.
• Accept short‑term overseas business trips, such as to China.
• Strong sense of responsibility, with customer‑centric awareness.
• Good communication and team‑management skills.
