Siemens Energy is seeking a Project Admin Support to generate and manage STOs in SAP, coordinate delivery schedules across North America, and serve as the main contact for Client Service Managers. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of SAP experience in planning, order management, or supply chain operations.
• 3+ years of experience managing orders and coordinating activities across multiple sites or projects.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage Stock Transfer Orders (STOs) in SAP to support repair and service projects across North America.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and proactively follow up with factories to ensure on-time fulfillment of parts requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Client Service Managers by providing updates on order status, delivery changes, and order discrepancies.
• Execute ATP and MRP processes to support parts availability, expedite critical orders, and improve supply chain responsiveness.
• Collaborate with engineering, ISA, and cross-functional teams to release parts, resolve issues, and support purchasing activities.
• Monitor project costs and timelines while maintaining compliance with Siemens Energy quality, safety, and operational standards.
