Job summary

AVI-SPL, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping and Parts Administrator to manage parts requests, quotes, and equipment repairs across the country. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in shipping/administrative roles, strong communication skills, and experience with Salesforce and Sage. Office-based position in a professional environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years in administrative and shipping roles preferred.
• Experience with inventory and order processing is a plus.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Sage is desirable.
• Proven ability to use FedEx/UPS shipping software.

Responsibilities

• Execute and follow up on Parts Requests, Quotes, and repairs across the country.
• Initiate vendor RMAs and coordinate returns (in and out of warranty).
• Create and send shipping labels and manage shipments with carriers.
• Create Sales Orders and Purchase Orders in Sage and transmit to vendors.
• Manage daily FedEx and UPS deliveries and maintain spare parts inventory.
• Communicate updates to technicians and service offices; track shipments.
