MetaQuotes is seeking a Relationship Representative (Spanish-speaking) to join our office in Mexico City, Mexico. The role requires fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English, with a focus on delivering excellent customer support for trading technologies and fintech services.

Responsibilities include assisting clients via email and phone, building long-term relationships, and teaching MetaTrader platform functionality to new and prospective clients, either remotely or face-to-face.

Formación

• Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English.
• Strong customer-focused mindset with relationship-building skills.
• Nice to have knowledge of trading technologies, Forex/stock markets, hedge funds or fintech.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with customer service via email and phone.
• Build relationships with clients.
• Demonstrate MetaTrader functionality to clients (remote or live).
• Handle various tasks assigned by HQ.
