MetaQuotes in Mexico City is seeking a Relationship Representative fluent in Portuguese and English to build long-term client relationships and provide excellent support on trading platforms. The role involves assisting customers by email and phone, and teaching MetaTrader to clients, both remotely and face-to-face.

The candidate should have a business/finance background, strong presentation skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fintech environment. Office-based role in Mexico City.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or IT related.
• Fluent in Portuguese and proficient in English.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to take initiative, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
• Experience with trading software for corporate clients is preferred.
• Knowledge of financial markets or fintech is an advantage.
• Customer service experience and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with customer service via emails and telephone.
• Build relationships with customers.
• Teach the MetaTrader trading platforms functionality to new and prospective clients (remote/live face to face).
• Handle various tasks assigned by HQ.
