One&Only Mandarina, part of Kerzner International, invites a spa therapist to deliver treatments to guests while maintaining the highest technical and service standards. Under the lead therapist, you will ensure privacy, hygiene, and excellent guest care throughout each treatment and related spa activities.

You will be part of a collaborative spa team, attend training sessions, and uphold SOPs while delivering seamless guest experiences and maintaining the spa's reputation across all services.

Formación

• Intermediate English proficiency
• Neat and organized
• Excellent communication skills
• Organized workflow in a multinational environment

Responsabilidades

• Maintains privacy and safety of guests.
• Arrives on duty promptly and presents a clean uniform.
• Adheres to grooming and uniform standards.
• Is familiar with the spa software system.
