Amanvari on Mexico's Eastern Cape seeks a Spa Receptionist to be the first and last touchpoint in each guest's spa journey, delivering calm, discreet, and luxurious hospitality from arrival through departure in a serene sanctuary of peace.

You will manage spa reservations, guide guests on treatments and products, coordinate with Therapists and wellness teams, and maintain presentation of reception and retail spaces to ensure seamless operations and highly personalized service—reflecting

Formación

• College degree or equivalent; background in wellness, hospitality, or administration preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in a luxury hotel, resort, or spa environment is strongly preferred.
• Spa Receptionist or Front Desk experience in a high-end setting is a plus.
• Solid understanding of spa and beauty therapies and guest recommendations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Opera, and spa booking/management software.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional guest service from arrival through departure, recognizing guests by name and creating a warm, calm, and discreet experience.
• Provide knowledgeable guidance on spa and wellness offerings, including treatments, products, packages, and experiences, with tailored recommendations.
• Manage spa reservations and appointments, optimizing occupancy and therapist availability with spa management systems.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles and treatment histories for continuity and personalization across visits.
• Coordinate with Spa Therapists, Wellness providers, and other departments to ensure smooth guest flow and timely handling of special requests.
• Support spa retail operations with expert product knowledge, tailored recommendations, and inventory control.
• Ensure accurate billing and financial procedures for all spa services and retail transactions.
• Maintain a pristine, serene spa environment reflecting Amanvari’s luxury standards; uphold safety, hygiene, and SOPs.
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and incident reporting to support a high-performing Spa team.
