One&Only Palmilla seeks a Therapist Supervisor to lead daily spa operations, ensuring exceptional wellness experiences that reflect ESPA, Forbes Travel Guide and LQA standards. You will coach therapists, monitor quality, and drive guest satisfaction in a luxury resort environment.

You balance leadership with hands-on coaching, contribute to recruiting and training, and maintain meticulous training records while upholding One&Only Palmilla’s We Create Joy philosophy.

Formación

• Diploma, certification or degree in Massage Therapy, Holistic Therapies, Esthetics or related field.
• Valid professional therapist certification from a recognized institution.
• Additional certifications in advanced spa therapies are highly desirable.
• Excellent knowledge of English is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily operation of treatment areas and ensure service excellence.
• Conduct regular inspections of treatment rooms and equipment for cleanliness.
• Coordinate therapist schedules and onboarding programs with ESPA, Forbes, LQA standards.
• Lead, coach and develop therapists to maintain high performance and engagement.
• Support Spa Manager with recruitment, training and workforce planning.
