Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a receptionist, preferably in spa.
• Experience in hotel or spa reception preferred.
• Proficiency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Essential functions: be courteous and attentive to guests, handle problems professionally and prioritize safety.
• Maintain cleanliness of reception area and spa counters.
• Welcome prospective members, explain facilities, and promote memberships.
• Answer telephone inquiries in a professional manner per SOPs.
• Assist with membership applications, payments, and Daily Operating Procedures compliance.
• Control access to facilities to hotel guests or club members only.
• Handle cash and issue receipts for memberships and services; log daily sales.
• Distribute towels and locker keys and monitor returns.
• Book courts, classes, and spa services; maintain logs (accidents, complaints, Lost & Found).
• Carry out cleaning duties in health club or pool areas as requested.
• Follow health and safety regulations and update memberships and reports daily.
• Ensure uniforms, nametags, and appearance meet policy standards.
