DATAMARK, Inc. is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to drive proactive talent sourcing and build a robust candidate pipeline. You will partner with recruiters and hiring leaders to understand staffing needs and identify top talent across channels.

Ideal candidates have a background in full-cycle recruitment, strong sourcing techniques and experience with HRIS systems. Bilingual English-Spanish is preferred, and knowledge of major recruiting tools will help you thrive.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• At least 2 years of experience with full-cycle recruitment.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Sourcing Specialist or similar role.
• Basic knowledge of recruiting/staffing processes.
• Working knowledge of HRIS systems.
• Experience with candidate sourcing from LinkedIn, Indeed and other sites.

Responsabilidades

• Work with Talent Team to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
• Source active and passive candidates using various techniques (Boolean searches).
• Communicate referral and hiring incentive programs.
• Post positions and source candidates on websites (LinkedIn, Indeed, Craigslist).

As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, the Sourcing Specialist partners with Recruiters/Hiring Leaders to understand staffing needs, develop and implement proactive, innovative sourcing strategies for critical, difficult and visible vacancies. The Sourcing Specialist will strategically source active and passive talent, assess and select qualified talent to be referred as candidates for open searches including networking and cultivating a talent pipeline.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work in close partnership with members of the Talent team to ensure a constant flow of qualified candidates for open positions

• Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed)

• Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean searches)

• Develop and/or communicate referral and hiring incentive programs that are effective and engaging

Education Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant experience in lieu of degree

Field Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience with full-cycle recruitment

Position Experience:

• At least one year of experience in a Sourcing Specialist, or closely related role

Other Qualifications:

• Basic working knowledge of the major functional areas of recruiting/staffing

• Working knowledge of HRIS systems

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

• Experience working with websites to post positions and source candidates (e.g. LinkedIn, Indeed, Craigslist) highly preferred

• Experience using HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems and Candidate Management Systems (e.g. Workday, Taleo, Avature) highly preferred
