Job summary

DATAMARK, Inc. seeks a Sourcing Specialist to partner with recruiters, hire leaders, and build proactive sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles. You will actively source both passive and active talent and help refer strong candidates for open searches, leveraging networks and talent pipelines.

The role requires at least 2 years in recruitment, 1 year in sourcing, and comfort with HRIS/ATS systems. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred to support our diverse hiring needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• At least 2 years of experience with full-cycle recruitment.
• At least one year of experience in a Sourcing Specialist or closely related role.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Experience using HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems and Candidate Management Systems (e.g. Workday, Taleo, Avature) highly preferred.
• Experience working with websites to post positions and source candidates (e.g. LinkedIn, Indeed, Craigslist) highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work in close partnership with Talent team to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
• Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks.
• Identify qualified profiles using sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches.
• Develop and communicate referral and hiring incentive programs.

As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, the Sourcing Specialist partners with Recruiters/Hiring Leaders to understand staffing needs, develop and implement proactive, innovative sourcing strategies for critical, difficult and visible vacancies. The Sourcing Specialist will strategically source active and passive talent, assess and select qualified talent to be referred as candidates for open searches including networking and cultivating a talent pipeline.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work in close partnership with members of the Talent team to ensure a constant flow of qualified candidates for open positions
• Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed)
• Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean searches)
• Develop and/or communicate referral and hiring incentive programs that are effective and engaging

Education Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant experience in lieu of degree

Field Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience with full-cycle recruitment

Position Experience:

• At least one year of experience in a Sourcing Specialist, or closely related role

Other Qualifications:

• Basic working knowledge of the major functional areas of recruiting/staffing
• Working knowledge of HRIS systems
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
