Amazon México is seeking an Operations Manager Sort Center in Monterrey to lead the site’s safety, budget, people development, and operations objectives. You will manage a team of Operations and Area Managers, coach leaders, and drive performance, culture, and continuous improvement across the site.

The role emphasizes long-term planning (3–12 months, and a 3-year view), cross-functional collaboration with HR/Finance/Facilities, and on-site leadership to ensure on-time delivery and safety.

Formación

• Experience leading large operations teams and managers.
• Budgeting and financial planning experience.
• Knowledge of Lean initiatives and process improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Own and deliver the operational budget for the whole Sort Center, including safety, productivity, labor planning, and operational goals.
• Provide strategic long-term planning (3, 6, 12 months and 3-year overview).
• Foster a culture aligned with leadership principles and set clear goals for Operations and Area Managers.
• Measure performance, give feedback, and hold leaders accountable.
• Drive quality, process change, and Lean initiatives to meet and exceed business plans.
• Share best practices across departments and the network; collaborate with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, IT.
• Spend significant time on site to develop the team, lead on-site planning, and ensure continuity and productivity.
