Amazon is seeking an Area Manager for one of our Sort Centers in Mexico. You will lead and develop a team of 50-150 hourly associates, ensuring safety, quality, and customer experience while driving productivity.

You will forecast workloads, balance labor across shifts, and collaborate with fellow Area Managers to achieve objectives. The role requires a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, and a strong focus on Lean process improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of 50-150 hourly associates by embodying Amazon’s Leadership Principles
• Review forecasts and determine productivity requirements to meet building objectives
• Balance labor with other Area Managers to run a balanced and efficient shift
• Support safety programs to ensure a safe work environment for all associates
• Identify and lead process improvement initiatives using Lean tools to delight customers
