Job summary

Avantpage is seeking a Customer Solutions Engineer to guide customers through technical discovery and onboarding, bridging Business Development, Client Services, Operations, Product, Development and Support.

You’ll translate business needs into technical requirements, document data flows, and coordinate integration work with internal teams. This role requires strong English communication and PT-aligned hours.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in solutions consulting or similar client-facing technical role.
• Hands-on experience with APIs and system integrations.
• Ability to read code or scripts and write a basic script.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into clear docs/workflows.
• Ability to learn a software product deeply to recommend configurations.
• Strong client-facing judgment and clear communication.
• Fluent professional English for US-based stakeholders.
• Availability to work a schedule aligned with US Pacific Time.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through technical discovery and solution guidance.
• Own the technical workstream from discovery to go-live in coordination with onboarding.
• Translate customer requests into clear specifications, diagrams, and handoffs for Product and Engineering.
• Coordinate account setup, tests, integrations, and issue resolution with internal teams.
• Capture recurring needs and improve discovery questions and onboarding workflows.
