Job summary

Tazapay is seeking a Sales Solution Engineer to lead technical integrations with our largest customers, mainly marketplaces and platforms like Magento. You will guide end-to-end integration of Tazapay’s API, partnering with sales teams and customers to deliver high-quality solutions.

You will act as the voice of the customer, influence the product roadmap, and build PoCs while communicating complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating RESTful APIs into web applications.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Background in a customer-facing engineering role (solutions architect, sales engineer, partner engineer).
• Familiar with modern web applications and software architecture.
• Experience creating demos and apps to showcase integrations.
• 5+ years of relevant experience with a strong technical generalist and coding background.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Tazapay sales teams to understand user requirements and communicate solutions from architecture to code.
• Interface with customers’ technical teams as the primary technical contact during integration.
• Create technical content (docs, diagrams, sample code, tests) to demonstrate use cases.
• Collaborate with product teams to address feedback and build solutions.
• Develop proof-of-concept applications on top of our API and present demonstrations.
