Job summary

Avantpage is seeking a Quality Coordinator to develop quality processes and coordinate with clients, PMs, linguists, and QA teams. You will use data and technology to improve localization workflows and maintain quality dashboards.

You will lead root cause analyses, implement corrective actions, and drive automation using CAT/TMS tools like Phrase, Power BI, and Excel. Strong English communication is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years coordinating quality in translation/localization.
• Experience building quality processes and CAPA actions.
• Understanding of translation, linguistic review, DTP, and QA workflows.
• Advanced English, with client communication skills.
• Hands-on Power BI and strong Excel for data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quality plans translating client needs into criteria and checkpoints.
• Coordinate quality processes with PMs, linguists, DTP teams, QA staff, and leads.
• Attend client meetings and escalations, communicating findings in English.
• Lead root cause analyses and track corrective actions.
• Monitor quality results and provider performance, identifying trends.
• Maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel.
• Manage QA rules within CAT/TMS platforms, especially Phrase.
• Identify automation opportunities to simplify workflows.
• Document improvements and support adoption with Innovation team.
