Tazapay is seeking a Sales Solution Engineer for a remote role. You will work with large customers’ technical teams, guiding API integrations and delivering end-to-end solutions. You’ll translate complex tech concepts into practical demonstrations and collaborate with partners to accelerate time-to-live.

You will act as a trusted business partner for strategic customers, shaping technical guidance and joining a fast-growing payments-focused marketplace platform.

Qualificações

• Experience integrating RESTful APIs into web applications.
• Background in a customer-facing engineering role (solutions architect, sales engineer, or partner engineer).
• Familiar with modern web applications and software architecture.
• Experience with demos and apps.
• Strong communicator capable of explaining complex concepts to varied audiences.
• Experience in the sales lifecycle and driving outcomes in a customer-facing environment.
• 5+ years of experience with a solid technical/generalist coding background.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with sales teams to understand user requirements and show how Tazapay solves business and technical challenges, from architecture to code.
• Interface with largest users’ technical teams as primary technical contact during integration.
• Create technical content (docs, diagrams, sample code, tests) to demonstrate use cases and best practices.
• Improve products by feeding customer feedback to product teams and building solutions.
• Develop proof-of-concept apps on top of API, present demos, and help customers maximize integration.
