Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Specialist Solution Engineer to support Agentforce IT Service, demonstrating and evangelizing AI-powered ITSM solutions.
You will help automate end-to-end incident management, unify IT and HR service workflows, and drive adoption of Salesforce technologies across customer environments. Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish and English is required; you will collaborate with global teams and evangelize our Agentforce and Einstein AI capabilities within the Service Cloud
