ElevenLabs is seeking a Solutions Engineer to scale our voice AI platform for a growing enterprise customer base. You will work with customers and internal teams to architect integrations and deliver tailored demonstrations of our product's value.

You will collaborate with Account Executives and customers to shape technical solutions, build enablement content, and create self-service tools that empower users to deploy effectively. This role is remote and Mexico-based.

Formación

• Candidate thrives at working with customers on technical problems.
• Strong Python knowledge with software development basics.
• Ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience collaborating with sales and product teams is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Account Executives to enhance technical aspects of the sales process.
• Engage with customers to design and implement tailored solutions.
• Create compelling technical demos that communicate value.
