Eaton seeks an SMT Manufacturing Engineer to design, validate and implement SMT assembly lines with thorough process documentation and controls. You will support production, lead technicians, and drive continuous improvement across the manufacturing lifecycle.

Responsibilities include developing tooling, fixtures, PFMEA and APQP artifacts, and advancing Industry 4.0 initiatives in a bid to improve quality and throughput. Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics or Mechanics.
• Minimum 2 years in SMT manufacturing and equipment areas.
• Experience with PFMEA, process flow and APQP.
• Strong English and Spanish communication with leadership and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, validate and implement SMT manufacturing systems, including documentation and controls.
• Support Production Area and contribute to SQDCI metrics of the focus factory.
• Manage SMT technicians for production support, NPI and other tasks.
• Create, design, validate and implement assembly-line tooling, fixtures and processes.
• Implement Quality system improvements and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
• Lead continuous improvement using lean methods and SAP routing management.
