Eaton is seeking a Sr Manufacturing Engineer for its IS VEH EMB division to design, validate, and implement manufacturing systems and assembly lines, with thorough process controls and documentation. You will lead CI initiatives, develop fixtures and tools, and ensure safety guarding per Eaton standards.

The role requires 5 years in manufacturing, a Bachelor’s in industrial engineering or related fields, and fluent English.

Formación

• 5-year experience in manufacturing and materials area.
• Fluent English required.

Responsabilidades

• Design, validate and implement manufacturing systems and assembly lines with documentation (PFD, PFMEA, Work Instructions).
• Lead continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and process controls.
• Develop tools, fixtures, and new designs for production efficiency.
• Ensure safety machine guarding and compliance with Eaton requirements.
• Support quality systems and implement ECO procedures in production documents.
