Job summary

Beijing Foreign Enterprise Management Consultants Co.,Ltd. seeks a proactive Technical Support specialist for onsite work in Querétaro, Mexico. You will monitor networks, restore services at 2nd level, and maintain preventive checks while designing customer-focused technical solutions.

You will resolve issues, document procedures, and prepare shift reports. Strong English skills, organization, and the ability to work independently in an international setting are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Onsite position.
• 12–18 months of technical support or similar experience.
• Proven NOC/IT/ISP experience.

Responsibilities

• Network surveillance and 2nd level restoration; preventative maintenance and statistics to detect malfunctions.
• Design technical solutions based on customer requirements.
• Windows maintenance including configuration and service migration.
• Resolve issues and develop procedures to prevent recurrence.
• Analyze site outages to identify energy, carrier, TX or configuration causes.
• Prepare and interpret technical documentation; contribute to shift reports.
• Work independently and as part of a team to keep skills up to date.
• Handle standard problems per existing procedures; manage complex technical situations calmly.
• Provide technical input in conference bridges and collaborate with customers and suppliers in an international environment.
• Apply telecom knowledge to manage faults and customer demands.
