Eaton's IS VEH EMB division is seeking a Planning & Purchasing Supervisor to ensure timely material availability and to integrate purchasing, materials planning, and SIOP processes. The role balances customer demand with supplier capacity to meet on-time delivery, inventory, cost, and service objectives.

Responsibilities include leading the SIOP process, maintaining the MPS, and aligning purchasing strategies with quality and service goals.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business or specialized degree in planning/logistics/ purchasing. APICS preferred.
• 3–5 years Supply Chain experience
• 2+ years in a leadership role
• Manufacturing background
• Understanding of SIOP process. Excel and SAP experience. ISO/IATF environments.
• Fully bilingual

Responsabilidades

• Lead and execute the plant SIOP process.
• Balance customer demand with manufacturing and supplier capabilities.
• Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) aligned with business requirements.
• Ensure execution of purchasing strategies aligned with cost, quality, and service objectives.
• Monitor supplier capacity and delivery performance to ensure compliance with the production plan.
• Track purchasing KPIs and develop preventive action plans to mitigate supply risks.
• Execute the MRP process ensuring optimal inventory levels and material availability.
• Define inventory strategies (safety stock, buffers, and strategic inventories).
• Coordinate with Production, Customer Service, Logistics, and Finance to ensure sales plan execution.
• Lead and execute the plant SIOP process again to ensure consistency.
• Balance customer demand with manufacturing and supplier capabilities again.
• Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) aligned with business requirements again.
