Eaton’s EPG LAC PD Power Distribution division seeks a SCM Manager to lead materials planning, scheduling, purchasing, inventory control and warehousing for MX operations. You’ll oversee procurement, receipt, disbursement and on-time delivery while driving cost reductions and process improvements across multiple sites.

Ideal candidates bring a 5+ year SCM leadership track record in manufacturing, strong English/Spanish communication, and deep knowledge of MRP/ERP systems, with a focus on Lean

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, business administration or engineering from an accredited institution.
• Master's degree in business administration, supply chain or related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Negotiate the pricing of major commodity groups.
• Coordinate order scheduling to meet customer promises and optimize supplier performance.
• Establish team standard work and attain SCM KPIs.
• Review results to ensure cost savings, inventory control and service.
• Manage transportation, carriers and shipping schedules for cost and quality.
• Ensure compliance with NAFTA for imports and exports.
• Develop logistics, distribution and warehouse strategies for the region.
• Coordinate SIOP (Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning) demand planning.
• Manage inventory control and warehousing to balance stock and lead times.
• Contract and evaluate logistics suppliers per Eaton policies.
• Drive continuous improvement in material flow to support customers.
