Eaton's IS VEH EMB division is seeking a Senior Planner to translate customer demand from SAP into production signals and align plans with plant objectives, including on-time delivery and productivity.

You will partner with customer service, line supervisors and purchasing to ensure schedule attainment, manage material shortages, and support NPI and continuous improvement. Fluent English and Spanish are required; APICS certification preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Administration.
• 3+ years in automotive production planning.
• 3+ years in MRP planning.
• Strong SAP and Excel skills; APICS certification preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; good communication.

Responsabilidades

• Convert customer demand in SAP to production signals aligned to plant goals.
• Create and deliver a production plan and sequence to achieve OTD and productivity.
• Coordinate with line supervisors and purchasing to ensure schedule attainment.
• Monitor material shortages and report to purchasing.
• Maintain backlog status and communicate with customer service.
• Escalate issues and support action plans for short/long term solutions.
• Support NPI and act as backup for critical activities.
• Adhere to ISO/IATF quality standards.
