Eaton's ES AMER ESS division is seeking a Supply Planning Lead to drive master scheduling and SIOP processes across the supply chain. You will balance customer needs with manufacturing constraints, lead capacity planning, and ensure on-time delivery.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or Marketing from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years in Operations or Supply Chain, with at least 2 years in a plant.
• 3 years’ experience in materials planning, shop floor scheduling, or capacity planning.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Master Scheduling and SIOP processes to balance demand and supply.
• Coordinate capacity planning and Availability to Promise (ATP) logic to optimize promise dates.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to establish capacity levels and drive improvements.
• Ensure orders are booked, confirmed, and fulfilled to scheduled dates.
