Eaton is seeking a Planning & Purchasing Supervisor for its IS VEH EMB division in Mexico. The role focuses on unifying purchasing, materials planning, and SIOP to meet on-time delivery, inventory, cost, and service targets.

Primary duties include leading the SIOP process, maintaining the MPS, and executing purchasing strategies with manufacturing and supplier teams. Strong Excel, SAP, and ISO/IATF experience are required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business or planning/logistics/purchasing; APICS preferred.
• 3-5 years in supply chain with 2 years in a leadership role.
• Manufacturing background; knowledge of SIOP.
• Excel and SAP experience; ISO/IATF environments.
• Fully bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and execute the plant SIOP process.
• Balance customer demand with manufacturing and supplier capabilities.
• Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule aligned with business needs.
• Ensure purchasing strategies meet cost, quality and service goals.
• Monitor supplier capacity and on-time delivery to the plan.
• Track purchasing KPIs and mitigate supply risks.
• Execute MRP to maintain optimal inventory and material availability.
• Define inventory strategies including safety stock and buffers.
• Coordinate with Production, Customer Service, Logistics and Finance for plan execution.
