Safran is seeking a SHM Support Responsible Coordinator in Chihuahua, Mexico. You will serve as the key operational coordinator for MEDS/MES support activities, oversee the local support team, and work with the MEDS/MES Run Responsible Coordinator to ensure efficient performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include incident management, evolutions, change control, KPI tracking, and cross-functional coordination with business stakeholders.

Formación

• Coordinate the Maintenance Activities for ISA: Incidents, Evolutions
• Manage support resources with technical and functional skills
• Ensure the standard IS Maintenance process (CORE) is applied
• Propose solutions aligned to the standard core model

Responsabilidades

• Oversee local MEDS/MES support activities and coordinate with the Run Responsible Coordinator
• Ensure incident tickets meet SLA and monitor KPIs
• Coordinate changes validation and Change Board activities
• Lead cross-functional coordination and communicate with key users and business teams
• Drive continuous improvement of support processes and health & safety measures
