SAFRAN ELECTRICAL & POWER MEXICO SA DE CV is seeking a site operations leader to oversee the local support team, drive operational efficiency and ensure customer satisfaction across the site in Chihuahua, Mexico.

You will coordinate incidents, changes and continuous improvement initiatives, define KPIs and SLAs, and report to stakeholders. Strong leadership, decision-making under pressure, and excellent communication are essential.
