Hitachi Energy Mexico is seeking a QHSE Coordinator to strengthen our Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental performance. You will maintain and improve our integrated management system and promote a proactive safety culture across local operations.

You will collaborate with multiple teams, influence stakeholders, and drive operational excellence initiatives ensuring safety, environmental responsibility, quality performance, and customer satisfaction in a dynamic international setting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Safety, Quality, or a related field.
• Experience in Health, Safety and Environment within industrial, energy, electrical services, manufacturing, or project execution environments.
• Advanced English and fluent Spanish.
• Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and improve the integrated management system aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 requirements.
• Support internal, external, customer, and certification audits.
• Ensure compliance with legal, corporate, and customer QHSE requirements.
• Promote a proactive health, safety, and environmental culture across operations.
• Lead risk assessments, hazard identification, and incident prevention activities.
• Coordinate corrective and preventive actions resulting from audits, incidents, and nonconformities.
• Monitor and analyze QHSE performance indicators and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support training programs, awareness campaigns, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Partner with operations and project teams to embed QHSE requirements into daily activities.
• Provide guidance and coaching on QHSE standards and best practices.
