Confidential Jobs in Mexico is seeking a MES Support Engineer to optimize and maintain the Manufacturing Execution System, improving performance and supporting new product launches.
You will develop MES KPIs, perform data analysis, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with manufacturing IT standards.

Formación
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering required.
- Experience supporting MES in manufacturing environment.
- Strong SQL, database, and reporting knowledge.
- English communication skills.
Responsabilidades
- Develop and report weekly/monthly MES KPIs.
- Create traceability reports and data analysis.
- Support new product launches via MES activities.
- Lead MES improvement projects and optimizations.
- Manage MES incidents and service requests.
- Troubleshoot MES applications and monitor systems.
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, quality, IT.
- Ensure compliance with AS4 and AS244.
