Job summary

Corning Inc. in Mexico is seeking a ServiceNow Process Analyst to ensure successful delivery and optimization of ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments. You will collaborate with stakeholders, govern changes, and document processes while aligning with ITIL and digital transformation best practices.

The role requires hands-on experience with ITSM/ITOM modules and strong communication skills to drive cross-functional initiatives and ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• ITIL V3/V4 certification is required.
• Scrum Master or SAFe certification is acceptable.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and governance standards.
• Perform quality assurance and validation of platform changes.
• Support continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
