Job summary
Corning Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst to drive enterprise-scale digital transformation. You will translate complex needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC, and beyond, partnering with business stakeholders and IT teams.
You will lead QA, document designs, and coordinate across IT, Operations, HR, and Finance to deliver high-impact projects. A strong ITIL foundation and Agile delivery experience are essential for success in this role.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience in enterprise environments.
- Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow modules ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC.
- ITIL V3/V4 certification required.
- Scrum Master or SAFe certification required.
- Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Capture, refine, and validate enterprise requirements with stakeholders.
- Lead QA and validation of platform enhancements before deployment.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for process maps and user guides.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery of ServiceNow projects.
