Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience leading large-scale cross-functional ServiceNow implementations.
• Strong ITIL background and digital transformation experience.
• Experience with third-party integrations and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle ServiceNow implementations from requirements gathering through design, configuration, testing and go-live.
• Act as the primary technical advisor to cross-functional teams and stakeholders, translating needs into scalable platform solutions.
• Oversee and manage third-party integrations, platform governance, and compliance with security and regulatory standards.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, building a high-performing technical team culture.
