Job summary

Corning is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Lead to drive successful delivery and optimization of ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments. You will lead module implementations, integrations, and platform enhancements while ensuring governance, security, and regulatory requirements.

The role requires five+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, strong communication skills, and certification path including SN Admin plus another Specialist/Developer cert.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of hands-on ServiceNow experience in large-scale enterprise implementations.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, workflows, JavaScript, Glide scripting, and APIs.
• Experience with integrations, data migration, ITSM practices, and digital transformation.
• Advanced expertise in ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HRSD, CSRM, SecOps or GRC, or App Engine Studio.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams delivering complex ServiceNow projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, configuration, QA, and validation of ServiceNow modules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Manage integrations with third-party systems and support data migration.
• Provide technical guidance and maintain documentation for continuous improvement.
