Cognizant seeks a Sr. Infra. Architect to lead ServiceNow infrastructure design across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM and related capabilities for a global organization in Mexico City.

The role focuses on scalable, secure, and automated workflows in a hybrid work setting. You will define platform foundations, guide integrations with enterprise systems, and advance agentic AI-enabled processes to improve service delivery and asset management.

Formación

• 8–12 years of infra or enterprise platform experience with ServiceNow.
• Hands-on ServiceNow platform foundations, configuration and admin.
• Experience in ITSM ITOM ITAM and integrations.
• Familiar with asset management and security/compliance.
• Strong automation and AI capabilities (agentic AI) in ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Architect comprehensive ServiceNow infrastructure solutions that align platform capabilities with enterprise service operations and asset management objectives to deliver resilient and scalable digital workflows across the organization.
• Design and refine ServiceNow IT service management configurations that streamline incident problem and change processes to improve service quality and reduce operational disruptions for business stakeholders.
• Develop advanced ServiceNow automation strategies using robotic process automation to eliminate repetitive manual tasks increase process accuracy and shorten response times for critical service activities.
• Configure and optimize ServiceNow operations management capabilities to provide end to end visibility of infrastructure health enabling proactive monitoring faster root cause analysis and improved system stability.
• Shape and maintain ServiceNow asset management implementations that support accurate lifecycle tracking optimized resource utilization and transparent cost management for hardware and software assets.
• Plan and implement robust ServiceNow integrations with internal and external enterprise systems to enable secure data exchange reduce duplicated effort and create a unified service experience across platforms.
• Enhance ServiceNow business management features to provide clear portfolio demand and financial views that support data driven decisions and prioritization of technology initiatives aligned to company strategy.
• Apply ServiceNow workflow design and platform foundation expertise to establish reusable patterns clear configuration standards and maintainable solutions that can adapt to evolving business requirements.
• Collaborate with product owners and process managers in a hybrid work setting to translate needs into clear architectural designs that balance usability performance and compliance expectations.
• Utilize emerging agentic artificial intelligence capabilities within ServiceNow to design context aware workflows that improve decision support automate resolutions and deliver more personalized experiences for service consumers.
• Create and maintain infrastructure and process documentation that clearly describes ServiceNow architectures interfaces and operational procedures to support knowledge sharing and future enhancements.
• Guide continuous improvement initiatives focused on service performance automation coverage and platform reliability to maximize the value of ServiceNow investments for both the company and its customers.
• Coordinate with security and compliance teams to ensure ServiceNow solutions adhere to regulatory requirements data protection standards and audit expectations while still enabling efficient operation.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate eight to twelve years of infrastructure or enterprise platform experience with a strong focus on ServiceNow solution design and delivery across complex environments.
• Possess hands on expertise in ServiceNow platform foundations including configuration workflow design and administration to support stable and adaptable implementations.
• Show proven experience with ServiceNow IT service management including design of incident problem change and request processes that follow industry good practices and organizational standards.
• Bring practical knowledge of ServiceNow operations management capabilities including event management and performance insights that help maintain reliable and observable infrastructure.
• Apply working experience in ServiceNow asset management to manage configuration items and asset inventories in a way that supports lifecycle control and cost optimization for technology investments.
• Exhibit strong skills in ServiceNow integration using appropriate connectors and patterns to link with monitoring tools enterprise resource planning systems and other platforms without disrupting operations.
• Utilize ServiceNow business management capabilities to help stakeholders gain visibility into portfolios demands and project performance ensuring technology work supports strategic business goals.
• Have familiarity with agentic artificial intelligence concepts within ServiceNow and be able to design use cases that responsibly apply automation and decision support to complex service scenarios.
