Formación

• 8+ years within the ITSM industry, including asset management.
• 5+ years of experience with the ServiceNow Platform.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with credibility as a ServiceNow expert.

• Lead requirements and design workshops.
• Deliver hands-on configuration, development, and integration services.
