Milestone Technologies is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Consultant for a full-time role based in Mexico. The candidate will design, develop, and support scalable ServiceNow solutions with hands-on experience and deep domain expertise.
The role emphasizes platform engineering discipline, best-practices for CMDB, upgrades, and secure, upgrade-safe scoped apps. Collaboration with diverse technical and business stakeholders is essential.
Formación
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Minimum 2+ years hands-on ServiceNow development/implementation experience.
- Demonstrated contribution to at least one end-to-end ServiceNow deployment.
- Practical experience in at least one primary ServiceNow domain (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps/IRM/GRC).
- Certification: CSA and CIS in chosen domain.
Responsabilidades
- Design, develop, and support scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Adhere to best practices (CMDB integrity, upgrade safety, scoped apps).
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across technical and business teams.
- Contribute to enterprise-grade deployments and ongoing improvements.
