Atos is seeking a Business Process Consultant to assist clients in analyzing and improving business processes. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of solutions aligned with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in IT and ServiceNow, with strong analytical skills and expertise in process modeling.

This role emphasizes effective communication, facilitation, and relationship building, making it essential for the candidate to drive continuous improvement and support various delivery cycles.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in IT and ServiceNow business process analysis and optimization.
• Strong analytical and business process optimization skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and facilitate client workshops to define processes with Sponsors and Stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Support delivery within agreed timelines and budget.
• Develop relevant documentation for Agile and Waterfall engagements.
• Promote continuous process improvement through the use of metrics and dashboards.
