FedEx Express Latin America and Caribbean Division in Querétaro, Mexico, is seeking a Service Agent II for full-time operations at Camino a Nativitas Km 100 S/N, Parque Industrial Vesta, Querétaro. You will assist customers by tracing packages, answer questions, and perform office-based tasks.

The role requires a High School diploma, English proficiency (TOEIC 450), and 18 months in clerical or customer service. You must be able to lift heavy packages and work variable shifts.

Qualificações

• High School degree/Equivalent
• Proficiency in English (450 TOEIC points)
• 18 months of clerical or customer service experience in a service environment
• Ability to lift 70 lbs (32 kgs) and move packages up to 150 lbs (68 kgs) with proper equipment
• Good general office skills including typing, filing, and computer literacy
• Excellent communication, organizational, and human relations skills
• Clear and articulate speaking voice
• Clean cut and neat appearance
• Able to pass Reading, Listening, Sorting and Math Basic Skills tests
• Able to work variable shifts

Responsabilidades

• Assists customers by tracing packages and answering questions about FedEx products and services
• Prepares operations reports and handles packages in the cage
• Maintains and audits airway bill records and files
• Reviews airway bills and ensures proper labeling and customs documentation
• Provides administrative support to the Station Operations Manager
• Maintains workplace and counter appearance; follows safety and compliance rules
• Identifies potential new customers and submits sales leads
• Performs other duties as assigned
