You will enter airway bills, log time cards, process package details, assist customers, and support supervisors with process improvements. Minimum education: high school diploma and good English; three years clerical experience

• Enter airway bills into the system daily.
• Log Time Card information into PC daily.
• Handle D/T packages and inform customers of payment.
• Prepare paperwork for outbound packages.
• Assist customers with basic service questions.
• Support station operations and update files.
• Shift: Evening shift.
