FedEx Express México is seeking a Service Agent I to handle over-the-counter customer service, assist with tracing packages, answer questions about FedEx products and services, and provide phone and counter support at the San Martin Obispo Park facility.

The role requires a High School degree, basic English, one year of clerical or customer service experience, and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs and handle packages up to 150 lbs with equipment; a variable shift is possible.

Formación

• High School degree or equivalent is required.
• Good general office skills including typing, filing and computer literacy.
• Excellent communication, organizational and human relations skills.
• Clear and articulate speaking voice; neat appearance.

Responsabilidades

• Assists customers by tracing packages and answering questions about FedEx products and services.
• Provides over-the-counter and phone support; prepares various operations reports.
• Maintains and audits records and files (airway bills).
• Interacts with customers on customs related issues; may open new accounts and submit sales leads.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
