The role requires hands‑on experience in manufacturing processes, data analysis, and strong communication for stakeholder engagement.

Qualifikationen

• B.S. in Mechanical, Electromechanical, or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Hands‑on experience supporting or leading manufacturing processes related to welding, heat treatment, and surface finishing.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data, solve technical problems, and implement process improvements in a production environment.
• Working knowledge of engineering standards, quality systems, and safe manufacturing practices.
• Clear and effective communication skills for diverse audiences.

Aufgaben

• Partner closely with manufacturing and operations teams to achieve safety, quality, productivity, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Plan, develop, and lead continuous improvement projects focused on welding, heat treatment, surface finishing, and material flow.
• Ensure fabrication processes comply with engineering standards, material specifications, and quality and environmental management systems.
• Analyze process deviations, identify root causes, and implement sustainable technical solutions supported by clear documentation.
• Lead lean initiatives to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and lower manufacturing costs using structured improvement methodologies.
• Communicate project status, risks, and results to cross‑functional stakeholders, fostering transparency and shared accountability.
